CHAPTER 1: COMMUNITY REGULATIONS

1.1 HFP staff behavior

All HFP-PES Greece staff are expected to show respect to all users at all times.

1.1.1 Staff members are not permitted to use any of the powers provided by the community, on social media and Discord without the approval of HFP-PES Greece.

1.1.2 If staff feel that a user has exceeded the limits, refer to HFP-PES Greece.

1.1.3 If the staff of HFP-PES Greece abuses its powers, then it must be reported via mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com).

1.2 Community behavior

All players must follow the behavior rules whether they are in the community or playing in the league.

We ask that during the matches all the rules mentioned in the official rulebook be followed.

Violation of any rule mentioned on this page may result in partial or permanent exclusion from HFP-PES Greece community and the HFP tournaments.

Penalties that may result from a breach of any of the rules are at the discretion of the HFP.

1.2.1 – HFP has zero tolerance for harassment. If user is found to be publicly harassing, action will be taken.

*HFP is not involved in comments that are not public.

1.2.2 – No racial, religious, political or sexual assault / discrimination against any of the members of our community is allowed. Any violation of this kind will result suspension from the community and tournaments. HFP reserves the right to permanently, without notice, block access to the community and Social Media to any user who violates this rules.

1.2.3 – All requests must be submitted via mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com).

1.2.4 – Players who have a private contract with the TEAM and fail or refuse to attend matches despite being officially declared on their team roster are subject to seasonal bans or even a permanent ban if the team or coach mentions incident in HFP. Each player is expected to play in the best possible way.

1.2.5 – The league is a task that requires constant monitoring, if a user has evidence of a violation against a team or player, then he is obliged to inform HFP.

1.2.6 – Defamation of the league and the attempt to attract teams and players on behalf of competitive leagues is strictly prohibited.

1.2.7 – Members and teams must report to HFP information about the game and any glitch / bug that may be used against a team.

1.2.8 – The declaration of false or incorrect information during the games is strictly prohibited.

1.2.9 – User accounts on the PS4 console are personal. Sharing accounts with third parties is prohibited.

CHAPTER 2: COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS

2.1 Complaints/reports against rules

In case of a rule violation, should be followed in order for the report to be considered valid:

a) When any rule is violated before the start of the match:

Under no circumstances should the match start. Make sure you have videos or photos as evidence of the violation. Then leave as well submit the report via mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com) IMMEDIATELY.

b) When any rule is violated during the match:

Record the violation, complete the match, submit the report via mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com) IMMEDIATELY within 2 hours after the end of the match.

*After 2 hours the report is NOT considered valid.

The data of the violation must be sent ONLY by the coach of the team to HFP and NOT to the opposing team.

Decisions are made only by HFP not by the teams. In no case do the teams have the right to decide to restart the match. In this case both teams are punished by deducting points.

CHAPTER 3: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 Terms and conditions for team/player participation

3.1.1 Conditions for team participation

• For the possibility of participating in the league the owner of the team must agree with the terms and conditions of HFP and agree with the rules and methodology of the championship.

3.1.2 Players limit for team’s roster

• Each team must have 11 to 23 registered users to its Roster

• Free agent’s transfer is allowed during the season.

3.1.3 Conditions of player’s participation

The league is exclusively for 11v11 teams with players that have been created in BAL (Become A Legend) mode and according to player’s creation rules.

ONLY registered players who have fill their details in the Roster form of a team are eligible to participate in a match of the season.

• Each player must have one and only PSN ID registared.

• Each user can create unlimited players.

• The communication for the matches will be done through the official channel of HFP in discord.

• All participants must install the official patch of the league as created by the HFP – Editing Team or at least the coaches, leaders and individuals who will perform the live streams.

• Each team can use ONLY players who belong to its roster. In case the above is not observed, the team loses 3-0 while it is deducted one(-1) point.

3.1.4 Social media management

The team is obliged to have a presence on Social media, to promote and publish about the progress of the team and HFP – PES Greece

3.1.5 Official logos and names

• Only in case of agreement is the use of logos and names of professional teams, sports clubs and companies allowed.

• Amateur teams are required to use their own logos and names to participate in the tournament.

3.2 Terms and conditions of player’s contract

By completing the form in the roster of a team the player agrees to the following terms and conditions of the contract.

• The team has the rights of the player for HFP Legendary Friendly Cup.

• The player does not have the right to break his contract

• The player does not have the opportunity to transfer without the approval of the team coach.

• The coach of the team has every right to choose who will be the players who will play in the league matches.

• In case of a team leaving the league, the players are considered as free agents in the current season.

Player transfer

The coach has the right to transfer players if agreed by the 2 Managers and the player.

* In case of a player contract (private contract) with the team, the specific conditions are observed by HFP regarding the duration of the contract.

CHAPTER 4: SCHEDULE / RULES / PENALTIES

4.1 HFP Legendary Friendly Cup Schedule

4.1.1 Competition schedule

Teams must be in the “Lobby” within 15 minutes of the scheduled start of the match.

Monday 21:00 CET to 23:00 CET

Friday 21:00 CET to 23:00 CET

* HFP – PES Greece defines a specific program of competition obligations that the teams must follow

* HFP – PES Greece has the right to add double matchday in one(1) week

* HFP – PES Greece has the right to change the dates of the matches or to set a specific Date and time for the matches.

* The teams have the right, if they agree with each other, to request a postponement of the match to a later date with an official request via mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com)

* In case of inability to connect for more than 40 minutes, the teams may be asked to reschedule the game to another date

4.2 Rules of the matches/Penalties

4.2.1 Conditions for participation in a match

• Eight (8) players is the minimum limit for starting the match. In case the team does not complete the minimum number of players (8), a 3-0 defeat is guaranteed.

• Six (6) players is the minimum limit in case of disconnection to continue the match.

In case of disconnection, the minimum participation of players is set at six (6) . In case of fewer players, a 3-0 defeat is guaranteed, except in specific cases, where HFP may decides restart of the match.

• Mandatory participation of one(1) Goalkeeper per team at match start

4.2.2 Gameplay rules

1. Match Settings / General Match Room Settings

• Match duration: 15 minutes

• Lawn Height: Normal

• Stadium Conditions: Normal

• Time limit: Normal

• Match Level: Superstar

• Match Room Name: Team1 vs Team2

1. If any of the above is not observed, a coach has the right to object within the first virtual 20 minutes of the match and if goals have been scored, they are normally counted as red cards, unless the match duration rule is not followed where then the game either completed or not is considered as non-counting and goals are not counted. E.g. no right is given to a 10 minute game that has been completed to play an additional 5 minute match. The coaches of the teams are responsible for the observance of the above.

2. The way a team plays depends on the coach of the team. All formations are allowed.

3. Holding the ball and wasting time is not allowed under any circumstances.

Penalty: In the opposite case and after the control of evidence and the criticality of the phases and the match, HFP notes a warning or defeat to the team.

4. Interference with the goalkeeper is not allowed under any circumstances.

Penalty: In the opposite case and after the control of evidence and the criticality of the phases and the match, HFP marks a warning or defeat to the team.

5. In case of a foul, the defender is not allowed to stand in the goal line to block the ball.

Penalty: In the opposite case and after the control of evidence and the criticality of the phases and the match, HFP marks a warning or defeat to the team.

6. Players who receive a red card

Penalty: they lose the right to play in the next official match of the team on a schedule (MatchDay). In case of a double match, they lose the right to participate in the 1st match of the next MatchDay).

7. In case a player disconnects from the match before the 10th virtual minute, the coach has the right to request a replay of the match up to one (1) time and the score remains the same, as long as the match is stopped and informed immediately the opposing coach.

* If there is a player or players recieved red card, then during restart of the match the team must repeat the specific dismissals before the restart minute if possible, while the goals must be scored by the players who scored and the order in which they were achieved.

* The coach is responsible for informing the players not to be disconnected due to inactivity.

* Make sure you are clear to the opposing team to avoid misunderstandings.

8. In case the team is NOT at the exact time of the match according to the official schedule able to play.

Penalty: A 3-0 defeat is recorded and one (-1) point is deducted from the standings table.

9. In case any team does not inform HFP of any problem that prevents the start or completion of the match.

Penalty: The match is recorded with a score of 0-0 and both teams receive a penalty of reduction of one (-1) point from the standings.

10. It is not allowed for the team to leave during the match and not complete the match obligations.

Team penalty: It is punished with exclusion from the current season and the results of the games that the team has played and remaining games are recorded 3-0 for the opponents.

Coach Punishment: Loses the right to take on the role of coach of any team for the following season and the right to play in an official match as a player for the current season.

Players: They are considered as Free Agents this season.

11. In case the coach does not respond to the opponent’s invitation and does not show interest in playing.

Coach and assistant penalty: They accept the penalty of permanent exclusion from any HFP-PES Greece tournament

Team penalty: The management of the team in case it does not inform HFP is punished with exclusion from the current season and the results of the matches played by the team and the remaining matches are recorded 3-0 for the opponents.

Players: They are considered as Free Agents this season

12. Non-registered player or player who does not play with his personal profile (PSN) or plays with a second profile

Coach penalty: They accept the penalty of permanent exclusion from any tournament of HFP-PES Greece

Team penalty: The management of the team in case it does not inform HFP is punished with exclusion from the current season and the results of the matches played by the team and the remaining matches are recorded 3-0 for the opponents.

Player Penalty: Players who do not participate with their personal profile or compete with a second team receive the penalty of permanent exclusion from any HFP-PES Greece event.

Players: They are considered as Free Agents this season.

13. Anything considered Glitch during the race is prohibited

Penalty: is punished with a warning or a penalty on the scoreboard after checking the evidence and the criticality of the match.

14. The use of players who do not comply with creation rules. In case of violation of this rule the team has the right to open ticket until the next day.

Team penalty: Team loses with 3-0.

Player Penalty: Players banned for two (2) games.

15. In case of a red card to a goalkeeper, another player can be used in his place if in any of the statistics of the goalkeeper he does not have more than 45.

16. Each team has the right to ask the opposing team to record the statistics of its goalkeeper in the match between them. If the opposing team does not comply with its request, the match is secured with 3-0. The above request must be made before the start of the match.

4.2.3 Information and definitions

HFP – PES Greece have the right to add new rules during the tournament.

HFP – PES Greece has every right to extend, postpone or schedule a replay of a match when it deems it necessary.

HFP – PES Greece has every right to adjust the penalties after checking the evidence and the criticality of the violation.

HFP – PES Greece has every right after checking the evidence of warning, dismissal or punishment of matches either to players or to coaches in case it deems that there is a problem of behavior or public insult on social media related to the event.

HFP – PES Greece takes decisions in cases where they are not explicitly defined

4.3 Player’s creation rules

4.3.1 Terms of creating a player

  • Player’s Name: Real Last or Fisrt (or both) using uppercase Latin characters eg J.COLE or JOHN C. or JOHN COLE
  • Max stats points: 1700 (GK stats included)
  • Max Height: 1.90 in all positions (GK has no limit)
  • Age Limit: Up to 22 years
  • Minimum statistics by statistical category:
    • 58 [excluding goalkeeper statistics (which are considered 200) +1 more category]
    • in the case of the goalkeeper there is no minimum limit
  • Maximum 3 statistical categories with 90 and above
  • At least one of stats awareness (offensive or defensive) with a minimum statistical evaluation 80 (excluding goalkeeper)
  • If a created player does not have the required minimum statistical limit of 58, beyond the one statistical category allowed, then the difference in statistical points required to reach 58 is deducted from the 1700 statistical points
  • Maximum height is not an advantage in all positions and in the style of play of the created player

CHAPTER 5: DEFINITIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS

5.1 HFP Legendary Friendly Cup Methodology

5.1.1 The How to distribute the teams in the groups of the cup is done through a draw.

5.1.2 The groups are divided into four or eight (4-8) groups

5.1.3 The teams play two (2) times with each opponent according to the official program of the cup.

5.1.4 The teams that finish in the two (2) highest positions of the scoreboard qualified to the Knock out phase.

5.1.5 The way of distribution of pairs in the Knock out phase of the Cup is done by drawing according to the position they finished in their group.

  • 1st of a group vs 2nd of a group
  • 5.2 Goal Difference

    In case of a tie between the teams in the standings, the ranking is determined based on the following conditions:

    5.2.1 The difference of goals between the teams that are equal in the scoreboard in the matches between them.

    5.2.2 If the goals are equal then the total difference of goals in defense and attack is measured.

    5.2.3 If the total goal difference is equal then the team with the best attack is counted (More goals).
