RULES AND INFORMATION

The rules set by HFP Gaming are intended to maintain the competitive quality and high level of the league. Failure to comply with the rules may lead to the penalties listed in the rule book or to the exclusion of players and members from the social media of the community and the leagues it conducts.

CHAPTER 1: COMMUNITY REGULATIONS

1.1 Staff behavior

All HFP Gaming staff are expected to show respect to all users at all times.

1.1.1 Staff members are not permitted to use any of the powers provided by the community, on social media and Discord without the approval of HFP Gaming and the verification of evidence.

1.1.2 If staff feel that a user has exceeded the limits, refer to HFP Gaming.

1.1.3 If the staff of HFP Gaming abuses its powers, then it must be reported through the official page of HFP-PES Greece on Facebook or by mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com) with evidence.

1.2 Community behavior

All players must follow the rules of conduct whether they are in the community or playing in the league.

We ask that during the matches all the rules mentioned in the official book of regulations be followed.

We demand that all the rules mentioned in the rules of conduct be observed and that prejudice or harassment not take place both on social media and in the lobby of the match.

Violation of any of the rules mentioned on this page may result in partial or permanent exclusion from HFP Gaming community and the HFP Gmaing tournaments.

Penalties that may result from a breach of any of the rules are at the discretion of HFP Gaming.

1.2.1 – HFP has zero tolerance for harassment. If user is found to be publicly harassing, action will be taken.

  • HFP is not involved in comments that are not public.

1.2.2 – No racial, religious, political or sexual assault / discrimination against any of the members of our community is allowed. Any violation of this kind will result in suspension in the community and in the leagues. HFP Gaming reserves the right to permanently block, without notice, access to the community and Social Media by any user who violates the Code of Conduct.

1.2.3 – All support requests must be submitted via mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com).

1.2.4 – Players who have a private contract with the TEAM and fail or refuse to attend matches despite being officially declared on their team roster are subject to seasonal bans or even a permanent ban if the team or coach reports incident in HFP Gaming. Each player is expected to show up and play in the best possible way.

1.2.5 – The league is a task that requires constant monitoring, if a user has evidence of an offense against a team or player, then he is obliged to inform HFP Gaming.

  • If it turns out that the petitioner was aware of the infringement but concealed the violation (beyond one week) for personal gain or for his team he is punished with exclusion from the current period.

1.2.6 – Defamation of the league and attempts to attract teams and players on behalf of competitive leagues are strictly prohibited.

1.2.7 – Members and teams must report to HFP Gaming information about the game and any glitch / bug that may be used against a team.

1.2.8 – The declaration of false or incorrect information during the games is strictly prohibited.

1.2.9 – PC / Playstation / XBOX user accounts are personal. For this reason, sharing accounts with third parties is prohibited.

CHAPTER 2: COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS

2.1 Complaints / Reports against the rules

In case of a rule violation, the following procedures should be followed in order for the report to be considered valid:

a) When any rule is violated before the start of the match:
Under no circumstances should the match start. Make sure you have received videos or photos as evidence of the violation. Then submit the report via mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com) and notify a member of the tournament staff IMMEDIATELY through the official channel of the event at Discord.

b) When any rule is violated during the match:
Record the violation, complete the match, submit the report via mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com) within 2 hours after the end of the match.

  • After 2 hours the report is NOT considered valid.

The data of the violation must be sent ONLY by the coach of the team to admins and NOT to the opposing team.

Decisions are made only by those in charge of the admins and not by the teams. In no case do the teams have the right to decide to restart the match. In this case both teams are punished by deducting points.

CHAPTER 3: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 Terms and conditions for team/player participation

3.1.1 Conditions for Team Participation

  • To be able to participate in the league, the team owner must agree to the terms and conditions of the organizing authority and agree to the rules and methodology of the league.

3.1.2 Team participation fee
a) HFP Tag Team Mode

  • €10/player

3.1.3 Numerical limit of players for the roster of the teams

  • Each team has 3 to 7 registered users to its roster
  • If a team has a full Roster and wants to add a new player, they must release a player to free up a position, which is ONLY allowed during the transfer window.
  • Add a free agent (who have paid the participation fee) is allowed anytime of the season until before the start of the playoffs.

3.1.4 Conditions for player participation
The tournament is exclusively for teams with players who have created a team in the DREAM TEAM mode in efootball 2024 on a PS4 or PS5 console.

  • ONLY registered players who have declared their details in the Roster form of a team can participate in a match of the season.
  • Each player competes with his registered PSN ID.
    Each user can have a team of any capacity in the DREAM TEAM mode and can also change the roster of their DREAM TEAM whenever they want.
  • The communication will be done through the official channel of the championship in discord.
  • Each team can use ONLY players who belong to its roster. In case the above is not observed, the team loses without a match with 3-0 while it is deducted one (-1) point.

3.1.5 Social media management
The team is obliged to have a presence on social media (Social media), to promote and publish about the games of the team and the league.

3.1.6 Logos and Names

  • Only in case of agreement is the use of logos and names of professional teams, sports clubs and companies allowed.
  • Amateur teams are required to use their own logos and names to participate in the tournament.
3.2 Terms and conditions of player contracts

3.2.1 Terms and conditions of a player contract

By completing the form on a case roster the player agrees to the terms and conditions of the contract.

  • The team has the rights of the player for one (1) season.
  • The player does not have the opportunity to break the contract unless he hasn’t played in four (4) consecutive matchdays and wishes to leave his team in which case he is considered a free agent. The above does not apply if the player is bound by private contract.
  • The player is not allowed to transfer without the approval of the team coach.
  • The coach of the team has every right to choose who will be the players who will play in the league matches.
  • In case of a team leaving the league, the players are considered as Free agents this season.

3.2.2 Contract Break / Player Release

A contract “break” release can take place before the start of the season or in the middle of the season during transfers by the coach.

3.2.3 Player transfer

The coach has the right to transfer players before the start of the season or in the transfer period [duration of seven (7) days] if agreed by the two (2) Managers and the player.

  • In case of a player private contract with the team, the specific conditions are observed by the organizing authority regarding the duration of the contract.
3.3 Cash prize

3.3.1 Definition and method of cash prize distribution

Before the start of each season, HFP Gaming officially announces the total amount of the cash prize and the way of distribution according to the final ranking of the teams.

CHAPTER 4: SCHEDULE RULES AND PENALTIES

4.1 Schedule

Players must be in the “Lobby” within 15 minutes of the scheduled start of the match.
If the 15 minutes have passed and the home team has not sent an invitation they lose the game without play with 3-0, the same applies if the away team does not come to the match room within 15 minutes of the predetermined time after recives the invitation.

Monday 21:00 to 23:00 (League Match)
Friday 21:00 to 23:00 (League or Cup Match)

  • HFP Gaming sets a specific match schedule that teams must follow
  • HFP Gaming has the right to add double matchdays for teams
  • HFP Gaming has the right to change the dates of the matches or to set a specific Date and time for the matches.
  • Teams have the right, if they agree between themselves, to request a transfer of the match to a later or earlier date with an official request via email (hfptournaments@gmail.com)
  • In case of inability to connect for more than 30 minutes, the teams may be requested to transfer the game to another date
4.2 Rules of matches/penalties

4.2.1 Conditions for participation in a match

Two (2) players are the minimum limit for team participation in each matchday.
In case the team does not complete the minimum number of players (2) a defeat with a score of 3-0 is guaranteed.
In case a team participates with only two (2) players, then the final score of the opposing team will be +3 goals, from those scored.

4.2.2 Competition Rules

  1. If any of the above is not observed, a captain has the right to object within the first virtual 10 minutes of the match, at which time it is repeated from the same minute and if goals have been scored, they are normally counted and the red cards.
    The captains of the teams are responsible for observing the above.
  2. Holding the ball and wasting time is not allowed under any circumstances.
    Penalty: Otherwise and after checking the evidence and the criticality of the phases and the match, the HFP Gaming notes a warning (or a loss to the team with a score of 3-0 if it is a playoff match).
  3. Interference with the goalkeeper is not allowed under any circumstances.
    Penalty: Otherwise and after checking the evidence and the criticality of the phases and the match, the HFP Gaming notes a warning (or a loss to the team with a score of 3-0 if it is a playoff match).
  4. In case of a foul, the defender is not allowed to stand in the goal line to block the ball.
    Penalty: Otherwise and after checking the evidence and the criticality of the phases and the match, the HFP Gaming notes a warning (or a loss to the team with a score of 3-0 if it is a playoff match).
  5. In case that a player disconnects from the match before the start of the game or before the 10th virtual minute, the captain has the right to request a replay of the match up to one (1) time and the score remains as it is (In case of disconnection of a player of the same team or disconnection after the 10th virtual minute the match continues unless either team is left with one (1) connected player then a 3-0 loss is scored unless they lose by a greater score in which case it remains).
    *If a virtual player or virtual players have been sent off with a red card, then when the match is restarted, the team must deliberately re-accept the specific players sent off before the completion of the restart minute.
  6. In case team players are NOT able to compete at the exact time of the match based on the official schedule.
    Penalty: A 3-0 defeat is scored unless qualification is determined, then the team is disqualified.
  7. In case that opponents does not inform the organizers of any problem that prevents the start or completion of their match.
    Penalty: The match is recorded as a draw with the score 0-0
  8. It is not allowed for players to leave during the match and not to complete the match obligations.
    Penalty: A 3-0 defeat is scored unless qualification is determined, then the team is disqualified.
  9. In case the coach does not respond to the opponent’s invitation and shows no interest in playing.
    Coach and Assistant Penalty: Accept the penalty of permanent exclusion from any HFP-Gaming tournament.
    Team Penalty: Team management in case of failure to inform the league officials Punished by ban from the current season and the results of the matches played by the team remain, the remaining matches are recorded 3-0 in favor of the opponents.
    Players: Are considered Free Agents in the current season.
  10. Participation of a NON-declared player or a player who does not compete with their personal (PSN) profile or competes with a second profile.
    Team Penalty: The team management in case of failure to inform the league officials is punished by exclusion from the current season and the results of the matches played by the team remain, the remaining matches are recorded 3-0 in favor of the opponents.
    Player Penalty: Players who do not participate with their personal profile or compete with a second are subject to a permanent ban from any HFP Gaming tournament.
    Players: Are considered Free Agents in the current season.

4.2.3 Information and Definitions

  • HFP Gaming has the right to add new rules during the Tournament.
  • HFP Gaming reserves the right to extend, postpone or reschedule matches when it deems necessary.
  • HFP Gaming has every right to adjust the penalties after checking the evidence and the criticality of the violation.
  • HFP Gaming has every right after checking the evidence of warning, dismissal or punishment of matches to either players or coaches in case it deems that there is a problem of behavior or public insult on social media related to the event.
  • HFP Gaming makes decisions in cases where they are not explicitly defined

CHAPTER 5: STATISTICS

5.1 Statistics

5.1.1 Recording statistics

Teams in the league must designate a YouTube channel where they will record the statistics and live broadcasts of the games in a minimum resolution of 720p according to the schedule.
The statistics management team of the league has the responsibility through video statistics to record the statistics of players and teams.
*The coaches of the teams must check the recording of statistics and notify the relevant department in case of a lack or error.
*In case of rule violation video and/or screenshouts is mandatory.

LIVE STREAM AND RECORDING OF THE MATCHES IS NOT MANDATORY

5.1.2 Coach responsibility

  • Placement of Youtube Links from the matches on the official discord channel within 2 hours after the end of the matches.
  • Score Recording.
  • MOTM recording in case of victory.

5.1.3 The title of the video must read.

  • The names of the teams and players (Home Team vs Away Team)
  • Matchday (MD8 or MDC8) league and cup respectively
    Example: AEK Esports vs Aris Esports MD8

CHAPTER 6: DEFINITIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS

6.1 HFP Tag Teams Methodology

It will be announced when entries close.

6.2 Goal Difference

In case of a tie between the teams in the standings, either in a Championship or in a Cup, the ranking is determined based on the following conditions:

6.2.1 The difference of goals between the teams that are equal in the scoreboard in the matches between them.

6.2.2 If the goals are equal then the total difference of goals in defense and attack is measured.

6.2.3 If the total goal difference is equal then the team with the best attack is counted (More goals).

CHAPTER 7: WARNING BOOK

7.1 Warning book

To maintain the quality of the tournaments, HFP Gaming has created an electronic book of warnings for specific offenses of teams and players.

This e-book records the actions of the teams and players against the rules of the league with a detailed description after checking evidence.

  • Teams in case of recording three (3) warnings receive a penalty of deducting one (-1) point from the league or cup standings.
  • Players in case of recording two (2) warnings receive an exclusion penalty for the next 2 games of the current season.

*HFP Gaming has every right to make a decision based on the criticality of the match or the offense and to punish teams directly with a penalty and defeat without recording a warning.

Example: A match that judges any qualification

*HFP Gaming has every right to exclude a team or player from any tournament that offenses are repeated by them and adversely affect the community and the tournament.

CHAPTER 8: LIVE BROADCAST REGULATIONS (ON HFP GAMING CHANNEL)

8.1 Live match guide on the official HFP Gaming channel (Not the regular live broadcast)

Instructions:

  1. All teams must broadcast the matches live in 720p resolution.
  2. In the sound settings you need to mute the Commentator and the music and turn the pitch volume up to maximum.
  3. Immediately after the end of the match you must show the Highlights.
  4. In the matches that are broadcast live from the official channel of the event, we use the long time limit.

CHAPTER 9: MARKETING GUIDELINES

9.1 Marketing Guidelines

Teams are required to have an active presence on social media, to promote and publish posts about the progress of the team and the league

Guide

  1. Posts on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, twitter) from 2 to 4 hours before the start of each match.
  2. When there is a reference to HFP Gaming in the post, mention / tag @ HFP-PES Greece #HFP_Gaming should also be mentioned.
  3. The teams must interact with each other and with the HFP Gaming authority through notifications, mentions, hashtags.
  4. Logos of the teams and the tournement are available on the official discord channel of the league.
