RULES AND INFORMATION
The rules set by HFP-PES Greece to maintaining the quality and high level of competition. Failure to comply with the rules may result in penalties listed in the rule book
CHAPTER 1: COMMUNITY REGULATIONS
1.1 Staff behavior
All HFP Gaming staff are expected to show respect to all users at all times.
1.1.1 Staff members are not permitted to use any of the powers provided by the community, on social media and Discord without the approval of HFP Gaming and the verification of evidence.
1.1.2 If staff feel that a user has exceeded the limits, refer to HFP Gaming.
1.1.3 If the staff of HFP Gaming abuses its powers, then it must be reported through the official page of HFP-PES Greece on Facebook or by mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com) with evidence.
1.2 Community behavior
All players must follow the rules of conduct whether they are in the community or playing in the league.
We ask that during the matches all the rules mentioned in the official book of regulations be followed.
We demand that all the rules mentioned in the rules of conduct be observed and that prejudice or harassment not take place both on social media and in the lobby of the match.
Violation of any of the rules mentioned on this page may result in partial or permanent exclusion from HFP Gaming community and the HFP Gmaing tournaments.
Penalties that may result from a breach of any of the rules are at the discretion of HFP Gaming.
1.2.1 – HFP has zero tolerance for harassment. If user is found to be publicly harassing, action will be taken.
- HFP is not involved in comments that are not public.
1.2.2 – No racial, religious, political or sexual assault / discrimination against any of the members of our community is allowed. Any violation of this kind will result in suspension in the community and in the leagues. HFP Gaming reserves the right to permanently block, without notice, access to the community and Social Media by any user who violates the Code of Conduct.
1.2.3 – All support requests must be submitted via mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com).
1.2.4 – Players who have a private contract with the TEAM and fail or refuse to attend matches despite being officially declared on their team roster are subject to seasonal bans or even a permanent ban if the team or coach reports incident in HFP Gaming. Each player is expected to show up and play in the best possible way.
1.2.5 – The league is a task that requires constant monitoring, if a user has evidence of an offense against a team or player, then he is obliged to inform HFP Gaming.
- If it turns out that the petitioner was aware of the infringement but concealed the violation (beyond one week) for personal gain or for his team he is punished with exclusion from the current period.
1.2.6 – Defamation of the league and attempts to attract teams and players on behalf of competitive leagues are strictly prohibited.
1.2.7 – Members and teams must report to HFP Gaming information about the game and any glitch / bug that may be used against a team.
1.2.8 – The declaration of false or incorrect information during the games is strictly prohibited.
1.2.9 – PC / Playstation / XBOX user accounts are personal. For this reason, sharing accounts with third parties is prohibited.
CHAPTER 2: COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS
2.1 Complaints / Reports against the rules
In case of a rule violation, the following procedures should be followed in order for the report to be considered valid:
a) When any rule is violated before the start of the match:
Under no circumstances should the match start. Make sure you have received videos or photos as evidence of the violation. Then submit the report via mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com) and notify a member of the tournament staff IMMEDIATELY through the official channel of the event at Discord.
b) When any rule is violated during the match:
Record the violation, complete the match, submit the report via mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com) within 2 hours after the end of the match.
- After 2 hours the report is NOT considered valid.
The data of the violation must be sent ONLY by the coach of the team to admins and NOT to the opposing team.
Decisions are made only by those in charge of the admins and not by the teams. In no case do the teams have the right to decide to restart the match. In this case both teams are punished by deducting points.

CHAPTER 3: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1 Terms and conditions for team/player participation
3.1.1 Conditions for Team Participation
• For the possibility of participating in the league the owner of the team must agree with the terms and conditions of HFP Gaming and agree with the rules and methodology of the championship.
3.1.2 Team participation fee
a) HFP Legendary League
• 102 € (Team of up to 16 registered users)
• 132 € (Team of up to 23 registered users)
- In case of team departure, the participation fee paid is not refunded.
3.1.3 Numerical limit of players for the roster of the teams
• Each team has 11 to 23 registered users to its roster
• If a team has a full Roster and wants to add a new player, it must leave a free agent to vacate a position, which is ONLY allowed during the transfer window.
• Add a free agent is allowed anytime of the season except for the last ten (10) games.
3.1.4 Conditions for player participation
The tournaments concerns exclusively 11v11 teams with players that have been created in BAL (Become A Legend) mode and according to the rules of player creation.
• ONLY registered players who have declared their details in the Roster form of a team can participate in a match of the season.
• Each player competes with his registered PSN ID.
• Each user can create unlimited players.
• The communication will be done through the official channel of the championship in discord.
• All participants must install the official patch of the league as created by the HFP-Editing Team and otherwise at least the coaches, leaders and individuals who will perform the live broadcast.
• Each team can use ONLY players who belong to its roster. In case the above is not observed, the team loses without a match with 3-0 while it is deducted one (-1) point.
3.1.5 Social media management
The team is obliged to have a presence on social media (Social media), to promote and publish about the games of the team and the league.
3.1.6 Logos and names
• Only in case of agreement is the use of logos and names of professional teams, sports clubs and companies allowed.
• Amateur teams are required to use their own logos and names to participate in the tournament.
3.2 Terms and conditions of player contracts
3.2.1 Terms and conditions of a player contract
By completing the form on a case roster the player agrees to the terms and conditions of the contract.
• The team has the rights of the player for one (1) season.
• The player does not have the opportunity to break the contract unless he hasn’t played in ten (10) consecutive games and wishes to leave his team in which case he is considered a free agent. The above does not apply if the player is bound by private contract.
• The player is not allowed to transfer without the approval of the team coach.
• The coach of the team has every right to choose who will be the players who will play in the league matches.
• In case of a team leaving the league, the players are considered as Free agents this season.
3.2.2 Contract Break / Player Release
A contract “break” release can take place before the start of the season or in the middle of the season during transfers by the coach.
3.2.3 Player transfer
The coach has the right to transfer players before the start of the season or in the transfer period if agreed by the 2 Managers and the player.
- In case of a player private contract with the team, the specific conditions are observed by the organizing authority regarding the duration of the contract.
3.3 Cash prize
3.3.1 Definition and method of cash prize distribution
Before the start of each season, HFP Gaming officially announces the total amount of the cash prize and the way of distribution according to the final ranking of the teams.
CHAPTER 4: SCHEDULE RULES AND PENALTIES
4.1 Schedule
Teams must be in the “Lobby” within 15 minutes of the scheduled start of the match. Once the 15 minutes are completed, the game should start regardless of whether or not the 11 players of each team have entered. If 15 minutes have passed and the host does not press to start the match then they lose 3-0. In the second games of the day the time of 15 minutes starts with the end of the first games of both teams.
Monday 21:00 to 23:00 (Championship match)
Friday 21:00 to 23:00 (Championship or Cup match)
- HFP Gaming defines a specific schedule that teams must follow
- HFP Gaming has the right to add double matchdays for teams
- HFP Gaming has the right to change the dates of the games or to set a specific Date and time for the games.
- The teams have the right, if they agree with each other, to request a postponement of the match to a later date with an official request via mail (hfptournaments@gmail.com)
- In case of inability to connect for more than 40 minutes, the teams may be asked to transfer the game to another date
4.2 Rules of matches/penalties
4.2.1 Conditions for participation
• Eight (8) players is the minimum limit for starting the match. In case the team does not complete the minimum number of players (8), a 3-0 defeat is guaranteed.
• Six (6) players is the minimum limit in case of disconnection to continue the match. In case of fewer players a 3-0 defeat is guaranteed
4.2.2 Game regulations

1. If any of the above is not observed, a coach has the right to object within the first virtual 10 minutes of the match and restart (same users) from the same minute and if goals have been scored, they are normally counted and the red cards. The coaches of the teams are responsible for the observance of the above.
*The team that changes or adds a user during the restart of the match loses with 3-0.
2. The team and the way a team plays depends on the coach of the team. All custom formations are allowed.
3. Holding the ball and wasting time is not allowed under any circumstances.
Penalty: In the opposite case and after the control of evidence and the criticality of the phases and the match, HFP Gaming marks a warning (or defeat to the team if is a playoff match).
4. Interference with the goalkeeper is not allowed under any circumstances.
Penalty: In the opposite case and after the control of evidence and the criticality of the phases and the match, HFP Gaming marks a warning (or defeat to the team if is a playoff match).
5. In case of a foul, the defender is not allowed to stand in the goal line to block the ball.
Penalty: In the opposite case and after the control of evidence and the criticality of the phases and the match, HFP Gaming marks a warning (or defeat to the team if is a playoff match).
6. Players who receive a red card
Penalty: they lose the right to play in the next official match of the team on a schedule (Matchday). In case of a double match, they lose the right to participate in the 1st match of the next match (Day).
In case the player is used in violation of the rule, the team loses ςιτη 3-0.
7. In case a player disconnects from the match before the start or before the 10th minute, the coach has the right to request a restart (same users) up to one (1) time and the score remains the same, as long as the match is stopped and immediately informed the opposing coach.
*Make sure you are direct and clear to the opposing team to avoid misunderstandings.
*If there is a player or players recieved red card, then during restart of the match the team must repeat the specific dismissals before the restart minute if possible, while the goals must be scored by the players who scored and the order in which they were achieved.
*The coach is responsible for informing the players so that they do not disconnect due to inactivity.
*The team that changes or adds a user during the restart of the match loses with 3-0.
8. In case the team is NOT at the exact time of the match according to the official schedule able to play.
Penalty: There is a 3-0 defeat unless qualification is determined, then the team is eliminated.
9. In case any team does not inform the admins of any problem that prevents the start or completion of the match.
Penalty: The match is recorded with a score of 0-0 and both teams receive a penalty of reduction of one (-1) point from the standings.
10. It is not allowed for the team to leave during the match and not to complete the match obligations.
Τeam penalty: There is a 3-0 defeat unless qualification is determined, then the team is disqualified.
11. In case the coach does not respond to the opponent’s invitation and does not show interest in playing.
Coach and assistant penalty: They accept the penalty of permanent exclusion from any HFP-Gaming event
Team penalty: The management of the team in case it does not inform the admins is punished with exclusion from the current season and the results of the matches played by the team remain, the remaining matches are recorded 3-0 in favor of the opponents.
Players: They are considered as Free Agents this season.
12. Non-registered player or player who does not play with his personal profile (PSN) or plays with a second profile
Coach penalty: They accept the penalty of permanent exclusion from any HFP-Gaming tournament
Team penalty: The management of the team in case it does not inform the officials of the league is punished with exclusion from the current season and the results of the matches played by the team remain, the remaining matches are recorded 3-0 in favor of the opponents.
Player Penalty: Players who do not participate with their personal profile or compete with a second team will receive a permanent ban from any HFP Gaming tournament.
Players: They are considered as Free Agents this season.
13. Anything considered Glitch during the race is prohibited
Penalty: is punished with a warning or a penalty on the scoreboard after checking the evidence and the criticality of the event.
14. The use of players who do not comply with player creation rules (statistics-height). In case of violation of this rule the team has the right to object until the next day while the team of the irregular player loses the match 3-0.
15. In case of a red card to a goalkeeper, another player can be used in his place if in any of the statistics of the goalkeeper he does not have more than 45 (in case of the above the opposing team has the right to object and the team of the irregular goalkeeper loses by 3 -0).
16. Each team has the right to ask to record the statistics of the opposing goal goalkeeper before the start of the match and while the teams are in the lobby. In case the goalkeeper’s statistics are not recorded while requested, the team loses the match with 3-0.
17. Each user can use an existing player, provided that he is in the team he belongs to as it appears on the official patch and has a max overall 80 on his main position.
In case the rule is violated, the team loses with 3-0.
18. Each team can use a bot (up to 3 at the start of the match), provided it is in the team it belongs to as it appears in the official patch and has a maximum overall of 80 in his main position.

4.2.3 Information and definitions
HFP Gaming has the right to add new rules during the Tournament.
HFP Gaming reserves the right to extend, postpone or reschedule matches when it deems necessary.
HFP Gaming has every right to adjust the penalties after checking the evidence and the criticality of the violation.
HFP Gaming has every right after checking the evidence of warning, dismissal or punishment of matches to either players or coaches in case it deems that there is a problem of behavior or public insult on social media related to the event.
HFP Gaming makes decisions in cases where they are not explicitly defined
4.3 Player creation rules
4.3.1 Terms of creating a player
• Player’s Name: Real Last Name or First Name (or both) using uppercase Latin characters eg J.COLE or JOHN C. or JOHN COLE
• Max stats points: 1700 (including goalkeeper statistics)
• Max Height: 1.90 in all positions except the goalkeeper which is unlimited
• Minimum statistics for statistical category:
o 58 [excluding goalkeeper statistics (which are considered cumulative 200) +1 more category]
o in the case of the goalkeeper no minimum limit is set but all his statistics are counted normally
• Maximum 3 statistical categories with an evaluation of 90 and over (including the goalkeeper without exception)
• At least one of the awareness (offensive or defensive) with a minimum statistical evaluation 80 (excluding the goalkeeper)
- If a created player does not have the required minimum statistical limit of 58 (beyond the one statistical category allowed) or required statistical awareness limit of 80, then the difference in statistical points required to reach 58 is deducted from the 1700 statistical points
For example, if an attacker has 79 offensive awareness, then the total allowed statistical points of his player are set at 1700- (80-79) = 1700-1 = 1699 - Maximum height is not an advantage in all positions and in the style of play of the created player
- Εach player can know as many positions as he wants and can be used in any position
CHAPTER 5: STATISTICS
5.1 Statistics
5.1.1 Recording of statistics
The teams of the championship must define an official channel on Youtube where they will record the statistics and the live broadcasts of the games will be done in a minimum resolution of 720p according to a schedule.
The league statistics team has the responsibility to record player and team statistics via video statistics.
- The coaches of the teams must check the recording of statistics and notify the competent department in case of lack or error.

Coaches must check the names of their Roster players throughout the season.
The player name in PES must be the last name or first name of the player and match what the player has stated to the registration form
- We use the player name to add statistics. In case the player changes, he must inform the administrators otherwise he loses his statistics.
5.1.2 Coach responsibility
• Record player and team statistics on YouTube videos.
• Placement of Link on the official discord channel in the specific match within the time limit of 2 hours after the end of the match.
• Score Recording.
• MOTM recording in case of victory.
• In case of expiration of the 2 hour deadline, the team statistics are not recorded.
5.1.3 The title of the video must state:
1) The names of the teams (Home team vs Away team)
2) The Matchday (MD8 or MDC8) championship and cup respectively

5.2 Evaluation based on statistics
5.2.1 Evaluation for all positions

- HFP Gaming reserves the right to change appraisal rates at any time for player value balance. In this case all teams are informed.
CHAPTER 6: DEFINITIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS
6.1 HFP Legendary League Championship Methodology
6.1.1 The teams are divided into two (2) championships: European Championship and Greek Championship.
6.1.2 Teams play at home and away with each opponent according to the official schedule of the league.
6.1.3 The teams that finish in the eight (8) highest positions of the standings of each league advance to the Playoffs phase.
6.1.4 The How to distribute pairs in the Playoffs phase of each Championship is done with the “cross” method depending on the ranking of the teams in the standings.
Playoffs of European and Greek championship
- 1st with 8th
- 2nd with 7th
- 3rd with 6th
- 4th with 5th
6.1.5 HFP Legendary Champions League
6.1.5.1 After the end of the playoffs of the two (2) leagues, the phase of the HFP Legendary Champions League begins with the participation of sixteen (16) teams with direct participation [the first eight (8) of each league].
6.1.5.2 The teams are divided into four (4) groups of four (4) teams.
6.1.5.3 The teams that finish in the two highest positions of the cup standings advance to the Knock out phase.
6.1.5.4 The way of distribution of pairs in the Knock out phase of the Champions League is done depending on the position they finished in their group.
- 1st of A group with 2nd of D group
- 1st of B group with 2nd of C group
- 1st of C of group with 2nd of B group
- 1st of D of group with 2nd of A group
6.1.5.5 The Knock out phase is BO3 (Best of 3)
6.1.6 HFP Legendary Europa League
6.1.6.1 After the end of the playoffs of the two (2) leagues, the phase of the HFP Legendary Europa League begins with the participation of sixteen (16) teams with direct participation [the teams that finished from 9th to 16th places in each league].
6.1.6.2 The teams are divided into four (4) groups of four (4) teams.
6.1.6.3 The teams that finish in the two highest positions of the cup standings advance to the Knock out phase.
6.1.6.4 The way of distribution of pairs in the Knock out phase of the Europa League is done depending on the position they finished in their group.
- 1st of A group with 2nd of D group
- 1st of B group with 2nd of C group
- 1st of C of group with 2nd of B group
- 1st of D of group with 2nd of A group
6.1.6.5 The Knock out phase is BO3 (Best of 3)
6.2 Legendary Cup methodology
6.2.1 The phases of the Cup are all knockouts with single matches (extra time + penalties).
6.2.2 The groups are divided into pairs by public draw (in the first phase only).
6.3 Goal Difference
In case of a tie between the teams in the standings, either in a Championship or in a Cup, the ranking is determined based on the following conditions:
6.3.1 The difference of goals between the teams that are equal in the scoreboard in the matches between them.
6.3.2 If the goals are equal then the total difference of goals in defense and attack is measured.
6.3.3 If the total goal difference is equal then the team with the best attack is counted (More goals).
CHAPTER 7: WARNING BOOK
7.1 Warning book
To maintain the quality of the tournaments, HFP Gaming has created an electronic book of warnings for specific offenses of teams and players.
This e-book records the actions of the teams and players against the rules of the league with a detailed description after checking evidence.
• Teams in case of recording three (3) warnings receive a penalty of deducting one (-1) point from the league or cup standings.
• Players in case of recording two (2) warnings receive an exclusion penalty for the next 2 games of the current season.
*HFP Gaming has every right to make a decision based on the criticality of the match or the offense and to punish teams directly with a penalty and defeat without recording a warning.
Example: A match that judges any qualification
*HFP Gaming has every right to exclude a team or player from any tournament that offenses are repeated by them and adversely affect the community and the tournament.
CHAPTER 8: LIVE BROADCAST REGULATIONS (ON HFP GAMING CHANNEL)
8.1 Live match guide on the official HFP Gaming channel (Not the regular live broadcast) Instructions
- At least 4 hours before the start of the match the teams must send the starting 11 to the channel #live_broadcast (Discord Server)
- Both teams must broadcast the match live.
- Once you open Stream you must select unlisted from the computer (not private but unlisted)
- In the sound settings you have to mute the Commentator and the music and turn up the pitch to the maximum.
- Immediately after the end of the game you must show the Highlights and then the statistics
In this matches use the big time limit.
- In case of non-compliance with the rules the team receives a warning.
CHAPTER 9: MARKETING GUIDELINES
9.1 Marketing Guidelines
Teams are required to have an active presence on social media, to promote and publish posts about the progress of the team and the league
Guide
- Posts on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, twitter) from 2 to 4 hours before the start of each match.
- When there is a reference to HFP Gaming in the post, mention / tag @ HFP-PES Greece #HFP_Gaming should also be mentioned.
- The teams must interact with each other and with the HFP Gaming authority through notifications, mentions, hashtags.
- Logos of the teams and the event are available on the official discord channel of the league.
