RULES AND INFORMATION

The rules set by HFP-PES Greece to maintaining the quality and high level of competition. Failure to comply with the rules may result in penalties listed in the rules book

CHAPTER 1: COMMUNITY REGULATIONS

1.1 HFP staff behavior

All HFP-PES Greece staff are expected to show respect to all users at all times.

1.1.1 Staff members are not permitted to use any of the powers provided by the community, on social media and Discord without the approval of HFP-PES Greece.

1.1.2 If staff feel that a user has exceeded the limits, refer to HFP-PES Greece.

1.1.3 If the staff of HFP-PES Greece abuses its powers, then it must be reported through the official Facebook page of HFP-PES Greece.

1.2 Community behavior

All players must follow the behavior rules whether they are in the community or playing in the league.

We ask that during the matches all the rules mentioned in the official rulebook be followed.

Violation of any rule mentioned on this page may result in partial or permanent exclusion from HFP-PES Greece community and the HFP tournaments.

Penalties that may result from a breach of any of the rules are at the discretion of the HFP.

1.2.1 – HFP has zero tolerance for harassment. If user is found to be publicly harassing, action will be taken.

*HFP is not involved in comments that are not public.

1.2.2 – No racial, religious, political or sexual assault / discrimination against any of the members of our community is allowed. Any violation of this kind will result suspension from the community and tournaments. HFP reserves the right to permanently, without notice, block access to the community and Social Media to any user who violates this rules.

1.2.3 – All requests must be submitted through the official HFP-PES Greece Facebook page.

1.2.4 – Players who have a private contract with the TEAM and fail or refuse to attend matches despite being officially declared on their team roster are subject to seasonal bans or even a permanent ban if the team or coach mentions incident in HFP. Each player is expected to play in the best possible way.

1.2.5 – The league is a task that requires constant monitoring, if a user has evidence of a violation against a team or player, then he is obliged to inform HFP.

1.2.6 – Defamation of the league and the attempt to attract teams and players on behalf of competitive leagues is strictly prohibited.

1.2.7 – Members and teams must report to HFP information about the game and any glitch / bug that may be used against a team.

1.2.8 – The declaration of false or incorrect information during the games is strictly prohibited.

1.2.9 – User accounts on the PS4 console are personal. Sharing accounts with third parties is prohibited.

CHAPTER 2: COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS

2.1 Complaints / reports against rules

In case of a rule violation, should be followed in order for the report to be considered valid:

a) When any rule is violated before the start of the match:

Under no circumstances should the match start. Make sure you have videos or photos as evidence of the violation. Then leave as well submit the report to our HFP-PES Greece facebook page and notify an admin IMMEDIATELY through the official Discord channel.

b) When any rule is violated during the match:

Record the violation, complete the match, submit the report to our Facebook page HFP-PES Greece and notify an admin IMMEDIATELY via Discord within 2 hours after the end of the match.

*After 2 hours the report is NOT considered valid.

The data of the violation must be sent ONLY by the coach of the team to HFP and NOT to the opposing team.

Decisions are made only by HFP not by the teams. In no case do the teams have the right to decide to restart the match. In this case both teams are punished by deducting points.

Contact us to resolve the issue formally and immediately.

CHAPTER 3: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 Terms and conditions for team / players participation

3.1.1 Conditions for team participation

• For the possibility of participating in the league the owner of the team must agree with the terms and conditions of HFP and agree with the rules and methodology of the championship.

3.1.2 Entry Fee

a) HFP Legendary League

• 102 € (Team of up to 16 registered users)

• 132 € (Team up to 23 registered users)

 3.1.3 Players limit for team’s roster

• Each team must have 11 to 23 registered users to its Roster

• If a team has a full Roster and wants to add a new player, it must leave a free agent to vacate a slot, which is ONLY allowed during the transfer window.

• Free agent’s transfer is allowed during the season except for the last ten (10) matches.

3.1.4 Conditions of player’s participation

The league is exclusively for 11v11 teams with players that have been created in BAL (Become A Legend) mode and according to player’s creation rules.

ONLY registered players who have fill their details in the Roster form of a team are eligible to participate in a match of the season.

• Each player must have one and only PSN ID registared.

• Each user can create unlimited players. With each player being able to know and play in ONLY one position.

• The communication for the matches will be done through the official channel of HFP in discord.

• All participants must install the official patch of the league as created by the HFP – Editing Team or at least the coaches, leaders and individuals who will perform the live streams.

• Each team can use ONLY players who belong to its roster. In case the above is not observed, the team loses 3-0 while it is deducted one(-1) point.

3.1.5 Social media management

The team is obliged to have a presence on Social media, to promote and publish about the progress of the team and HFP – PES Greece

3.1.6 Official logos and names

• Only in case of agreement is the use of logos and names of professional teams, sports clubs and companies allowed.

• Amateur teams are required to use their own logos and names to participate in the tournament.

3.2 Terms and conditions of player’s contract

By completing the form in the roster of a team the player agrees to the following terms and conditions of the contract.

• The team has the rights of the player for one (1) season.

• The player does not have the right to break his contract

• The player does not have the opportunity to transfer without the approval of the team coach.

• The coach of the team has every right to choose who will be the players who will play in the league matches.

• In case of a team leaving the league, the players are considered as free agents in the current season.

Breaking a contract / Releasing a player

Release “break” contract can be done before the start of the season or in the middle of the season during transfers window by the coach.

Player transfer

The coach has the right to transfer players before the start of the season or in the transfer period of 10 days if agreed by the 2 Managers and the player, thus maintaining the value of the player as it is.

* In case of a player contract (private contract) with the team, the specific conditions are observed by HFP regarding the duration of the contract.

3.3 Cash prizes

3.3.1 Definition and method of cash prizes sharing

Cash Prize

Before the start of each season, HFP – PES Greece officially announces the total amount of the prize and the way of sharing according to the final ranking of the teams.

CHAPTER 4: SCHEDULE / RULES / PENALTIES

4.1 Season schedule

4.1.1 Competition schedule

Teams must be in the “Lobby” within 15 minutes of the scheduled start of the match.

Monday 21:00 CET to 23:00 CET(Championship match)

Friday 21:00 CET to 23:00 CET(Championship or Cup match)

* HFP – PES Greece defines a specific program of competition obligations that the teams must follow

* HFP – PES Greece has the right to add double matchday in one(1) week

* HFP – PES Greece has the right to change the dates of the matches or to set a specific Date and time for the matches.

* The teams have the right, if they agree with each other, to request a postponement of the match to a later date with an official request through the HFP – PES Greece Facebook page

* In case of inability to connect for more than 40 minutes, the teams may be asked to reschedule the game to another date

4.2 Rules of the matches / penalties

4.2.1 Conditions for participation in a match

• Eight (8) players is the minimum limit for starting the match. In case the team does not complete the minimum number of players (8), a 3-0 defeat is guaranteed.

• Six (6) players is the minimum limit in case of disconnection to continue the match.

In case of disconnection, the minimum participation of players is set at six (6) of which one is the goalkeeper. In case of fewer players, a 3-0 defeat is guaranteed, except in specific cases, where HFP may decides restart of the match.

• Mandatory participation of one(1) Goalkeeper per team

4.2.2 Gameplay rules

1. Match Settings / General Match Room Settings

• Match duration: 15 minutes

• Day time: Night

• Season / Weather: Summer / Good

• Lawn Height: Normal

• Stadium Conditions: Normal

• Time limit: Normal

• Match Level: Superstar

• Match Room Name: Team1 vs Team2

1. If any of the above is not observed, a coach has the right to object within the first virtual 20 minutes of the match and if goals have been scored, they are normally counted as red cards, unless the match duration rule is not followed where then the game either completed or not is considered as non-counting and goals are not counted. E.g. no right is given to a 10 minute game that has been completed to play an additional 5 minute match. The coaches of the teams are responsible for the observance of the above.

2. The way a team plays depends on the coach of the team. All formations are allowed.

3. In case of goalkeeper disconnection the match is repeated from the same minute to the same score unless the team after the goalkeeper was disconnected had less than six (6) players. In case of a second disconnection of a goalkeeper of the same team in the same match, the team loses 3-0.

* If there is a dismissal of a player or players with a red card and the goalkeeper is disconnected, then during restart of the match the team must repeat the specific dismissals of players before the completion of the restart minute if possible, while the goals must be scored by the players who scored and the order in which they were achieved.

* The coach is responsible for informing the players not to be disconnected due to inactivity.

4. Holding the ball and wasting time is not allowed under any circumstances.

Penalty: In the opposite case and after the control of evidence and the criticality of the phases and the match, HFP notes a warning or defeat to the team.

5. Interference with the goalkeeper is not allowed under any circumstances.

Penalty: In the opposite case and after the control of evidence and the criticality of the phases and the match, HFP marks a warning or defeat to the team.

6. In case of a foul, the defender is not allowed to stand in the goal line to block the ball.

Penalty: In the opposite case and after the control of evidence and the criticality of the phases and the match, HFP marks a warning or defeat to the team.

7. Players who receive a red card

Penalty: they lose the right to play in the next official match of the team on a schedule (MatchDay). In case of a double match, they lose the right to participate in the 1st match of the next MatchDay).

8. In case a player disconnects from the match before the 10th virtual minute, the coach has the right to request a replay of the match up to one (1) time and the score remains the same, as long as the match is stopped and informed immediately the opposing coach.

* Make sure you are clear to the opposing team to avoid misunderstandings.

9. In case the team is NOT at the exact time of the match according to the official schedule able to play.

Penalty: A 3-0 defeat is recorded and one (-1) point is deducted from the standings table.

10. In case any team does not inform HFP of any problem that prevents the start or completion of the match.

Penalty: The match is recorded with a score of 0-0 and both teams receive a penalty of reduction of one (-1) point from the standings.

11. It is not allowed for the team to leave during the match and not complete the match obligations.

Team penalty: It is punished with exclusion from the current season and the results of the games that the team has played remain, the remaining games are recorded 3-0 for the opponents.

Coach Punishment: Loses the right to take on the role of coach of any team for the following season and the right to play in an official match as a player for the current season.

Players: They are considered as Free Agents this season.

12. In case the coach does not respond to the opponent’s invitation and does not show interest in playing.

Coach and assistant penalty: They accept the penalty of permanent exclusion from any HFP-PES Greece tournament

Team penalty: The management of the team in case it does not inform HFP is punished with exclusion from the current season and the results of the matches played by the team remain, the remaining matches are recorded 3-0 for the opponents.

Players: They are considered as Free Agents this season

13. Non-registered player or player who does not play with his personal profile (PSN) or plays with a second profile

Coach penalty: They accept the penalty of permanent exclusion from any tournament of HFP-PES Greece

Team penalty: The management of the team in case it does not inform HFP is punished with exclusion from the current season and the results of the matches played by the team remain, the remaining matches are recorded 3-0 for the opponents.

Player Penalty: Players who do not participate with their personal profile or compete with a second team receive the penalty of permanent exclusion from any HFP-PES Greece event.

Players: They are considered as Free Agents this season.

14. Anything considered Glitch during the race is prohibited

Penalty: is punished with a warning or a penalty on the scoreboard after checking the evidence and the criticality of the match.

15. The use of players who do not comply with creation rules. In case of violation of this rule the team has the right to open ticket until the next day and a rematch is scheduled. HFP has the right in cases of systematic violation to give a penalty to a team and loses 3-0 + removing one (-1) point from the standings.

16. If a player receives a red card, created players can used in a different position from the one they know. In case of a red card to a goalkeeper, another player can be used in his place if in any of the goalkeeper’s statistics he does not have more than 45 (in case the above is not observed, the opposing team has the right to object and the match is repeated from the same minute when the goalkeeper recieved red card, with the same score and the same conditions).

17. Each team is obliged to record the statistics of its goalkeeper in each match. In case of non-recording of the goalkeeper’s statistics, the opposing team that has lost points has the right to object so that the match is repeated from the beginning.

4.2.3 Information and definitions

HFP – PES Greece have the right to add new rules during the tournament.

HFP – PES Greece has every right to extend, postpone or schedule a replay of a match when it deems it necessary.

HFP – PES Greece has every right to adjust the penalties after checking the evidence and the criticality of the violation.

HFP – PES Greece has every right after checking the evidence of warning, dismissal or punishment of matches either to players or to coaches in case it deems that there is a problem of behavior or public insult on social media related to the event.

HFP – PES Greece takes decisions in cases where they are not explicitly defined

4.3 BAL Player’s Creation Rules

4.3.1 Terms of creating a player

  • Player’s Name: Real Last or Fisrt (or both) using uppercase Latin characters eg J.COLE or JOHN C. or JOHN COLE
  • Max stats points: 1700 (GK stats included)
  • Max Height: 1.90 in all positions (GK has no limit)
  • Age Limit: Up to 22 years
  • Minimum statistics by statistical category:
    • 58 [excluding goalkeeper statistics (which are considered 200) +1 more category]
    • in the case of the goalkeeper there is no minimum limit
  • Maximum 3 statistical categories with 90 and above
  • At least one of stats awareness (offensive or defensive) with a minimum statistical evaluation 80 (excluding goalkeeper)
  • Each player can play and know only one position
  • Maximum height is not an advantage in all positions and in the style of play of the created player

CHAPTER 5: STATISTICS

5.1 Statistics

5.1.1 Statistics Recording

The teams have to define an official channel on Youtube where they will record the statistics and the live broadcasts of the games will be done in a minimum resolution of 720p.

The league statistics team has the responsibility to record player and team statistics via video.

* The coaches of the teams must check the recording of statistics and notify HFP in case of lack or error.

Warning

Coaches must check the names of their Roster players throughout the season.

The player name in PES must be the player’s last name or first name (in capitals) and must be the same with the form registration

* Use the player name to add statistics. In case the player changes, he must inform the admis otherwise he loses his statistics.

5.1.2 Coach responsibility

• Record player and team statistics on YouTube videos.

• Share Link on the official discord channel (#match-results) within the time limit of 2 hours after the end of the match.

• Score Recording.

• MOTM recording in case of victory.

• In case of expiration of the 2 hour deadline the team receives a warning.

By completing three (3) warnings, one (-1) point is deducted from the team from the league or cup standings.

5.1.3 The video’s title:

1) The names of the teams (Home team vs Away team)

2) The Matchday (MD8 or MDC8) championship and cup respectively

Example: AEK Esports vs Aris Esports MD8

5.2 Evaluation based on statistics

5.2.1 Evaluation for all positions

• Game Played / Participation in a match 300 VPV

• Goal 700 VPV

• Assist 400 VPV

• Hattrick 300 VPV

• MOTM / Top of the match (Decision of the winning team Manager) 300 VPV

• Pass completed 40 VPV

• Pass failed -40 VPV

• Red Card -450 VPV

• Interception 100 VPV

• Tackle Won 100 VPV

5.2.2 Additional Rating based on player position

Strikers and Middle fielders

(ST / RS / LS / RF / LF / RW / LW) (CAM / CM / LCM / RCM / RM / LM)

• Team no score / When the team does not score -600 VPV

Central Defensive Middle fielders and Defenders

(CDM / RDM / LDM) (CB / LB / RB)

• Clean Sheet / When the team does not concede a goal 1000 VPV

• Goal Against / Every goal conceded -200VPV

Goalkeepers

• Save / Repel 250 VPV

• Clean Sheet / When the team does not concede a goal 1200 VPV

• Goal Against / Every goal conceded -200 VPV

* HFP-PES Greece has the right to change rating prices at any time for player value balance. In this case all teams are informed.

5.3 Player’s value bonus

The total value of each player is evaluation of the player in the league.

5.3.1 Rise of player’s valus

• Winning the championship 500 VPV

• Winning the Cup / Tournament 400 VPV

• 2nd place in the championship / 300 VPV

• 3rd place in the championship / 200 VPV

• 4th place in the championship / 100 VPV

Top Player of the Season (MVP) 500 VPV

• Basic best 11 of the season 250 VPV

• Alternate of the best 11 of the season 200 VPV

• Top player per position (GK, DEF, MID, ATT) 200 PVP

• Top in the statistics category 150 VPV

* The specific Bonuses are added after the announcement of the top players of the season.

CHAPTER 6: DEFINITIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS

6.1 HFP Legendary League Methodology

6.1.1 The teams are divided into three (3) autonomous leagues: Adriatic League (1 group), European League (2 groups Polish-Italian) and Greek League (2 groups).

6.1.2 Teams play at home and away with each opponent according to the official schedule of the league.

6.1.3 The teams that finish in the four (4) highest positions of the scoreboard of all groups advance to the each League Knock out phase. (A total of eight (8) teams, in European and Greek League, four (4) teams in the Adriatic League)

6.1.4 The method of distribution of pairs in the Knock out phase of the Championship is done with the “cross” method depending on the ranking of the teams in the standings.

In European and Greek championship

• 1st A group with 4th B group

• 2nd A group with 3rd B group

• 3rd A group with 2nd B group

• 4th A group with 1st B group

In the Adriatic League

• 1st group with 4th group

• 2nd group with 3rd group

6.1.5 HFP Legendary Champions League

6.1.5.1 At the end of the playoffs of the three (3) leagues, the phase of the HFP Legendary Champions League begins with the participation of sixteen (16) teams, the twelve (12) with direct participation (the first four (4) from each league ) and four (4) after two playoffs phases.

Ticket for the HFP Legendary Champions League through playoffs will be claimed by ten (10) teams (5th-8th European and Greek League, 5th-6th from the Adriatic League)

The way of distribution of pairs in the playoffs will be done by live draw.

The ten (10) teams that will claim the last four (4) tickets for entering the Champions League will be divided into two (2) groups of five (5) teams with the first two (2) of each group qualifying.

6.2 HFP Legendary Cup Methodology

6.2.1 The method of distribution of the teams in the groups of the cup is done through a live draw in the official channel of HFP.

6.2.2 The teams are divided into ten (10) mixed groups from the European, Greek and Adriatic League

6.2.3 The teams compete only once (1) with each opponent according to the official program of the cup.

6.2.4 The teams that finish in the top three positions of the cup standings and the two (2) best 4th teams advance to the Knock out phase.

6.2.5 The way of distribution of pairs in the Knock out phase of the Cup is done by live draw depending on the position they finished in their group.

• 1st of a group with 3rd of a group

• 2nd of a group with 2nd of agroup

• The two (2) best 1st of a group are drawn with the two (2) best 4th of a group.

• The two (2) best 2nd of a group are drawn with two (2) 3rd of a group

6.3 Goal difference

In case of a tie between the teams in the standings, either in a Championship or in a Cup, the ranking is determined based on the following conditions:

6.3.1 The difference of goals between the teams that are equal in the scoreboard in the matches between them.

6.3.2 If the goals are equal then the total difference of goals in defense and attack is measured.

6.3.3 If the total goal difference is equal then the team with the best attack is counted (More goals).

CHAPTER 7: WARNING BOOK

7.1 Warning book

In order to maintain the quality of the championships, HFP-PES Greece has created an electronic book of warnings for specific offenses of teams and players. This e-book records the actions of teams and players against the rules of the league with a detailed description after checking evidence.

• Teams in case of recording three (3) red warnings receive a penalty of deduction of one (-1) point from the league or cup standings.

• Players in case of recording two (2) red warnings receive an exclusion penalty for the next 2 games of the current season.

* HFP-PES Greece has every right to make a decision based on the criticality of the match or the violation and to punish teams directly with a penalty and defeat without recording a warning. Example: A match that judges any qualification

* HFP-PES Greece has every right to exclude a team or player from any event in case they repeat offenses by themselves and negatively affect the community and the conduct of the tournament.

CHAPTER 8: LIVE BROADCAST REGULATIONS

8.1 Live broadcast on the official HFP- PES Greece channel instructions

Instructions

1. At least 4 hours before the start of the match the teams must send the 11 teams to the channel #live_broadcast (Discord Server)

2. Both teams must broadcast the match live.

3. Once you open Stream you must select unlisted from the computer (not private but unlisted)

4. In the sound settings you have to mute the Commentator and the music and turn up the pitch to the maximum.

5. Immediately after the end of the match you must show the Highlights and then the statistics

6. In the matches that are made live from the official channel, we use the big time limit.

* In case of non-compliance with the rules the team receives a warning.

CHAPTER 9: MARKETING GUIDELINES

9.1 Marketing guidelines

Teams are required to have an active presence on social media, promote and publish posts about the progress of the team and HFP

GUIDE

1. Posts on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, twitter) from 2 to 4 hours before the start of each match.

2. When there is a reference to HFP-PES Greece in the publication, mention / tag @ HFP-PES Greece should also be mentioned.

3. The teams must interact with each other and with HFP – PES Greece through notifications, mentions, hashtags.

4. Official Logos are available on the official discord channel of the league.
